Thanksgiving Carry-Out Reheating Instructions

Thank you for choosing Adelle’s for your Thanksgiving celebration!
All dishes are prepared fresh and provided chilled to preserve quality. Please follow these simple reheating instructions to enjoy each dish at its best. For any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

14 lb Brined Cooked Turkey

  • Preheat your oven to 350F

  • Place Turkey (still covered with foil) in oven for 1 hour 30 minutes

  • After the 1.5 hours, carefully remove foil from Turkey and continue to reheat for 1 hour

  • Check on Turkey every 20 minutes to ensure it’s not getting too dark

  • After the 2.5 hours, check the internal temperature at Leg/Thigh joint (your thermometer should read 165F or higher).

  • Remove from the oven and let rest, lightly covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Carve and enjoy!

8 lb Brined Cooked Turkey Breast

  • Preheat your oven to 350F

  • Place Turkey Breast (still covered with foil) in oven for 45 minutes

  • After 45 minutes, carefully remove foil from Turkey and continue to reheat for 30 minutes.

  • Check on Turkey Breast every 5-10 minutes to ensure it’s not getting too dark

  • After the hour and fifteen minutes, check the internal temperature at the thickest part of the breast. Your thermometer should read 165F or higher

  • Remove from the oven and let rest, lightly covered with foil, for 20 minutes. Carve and enjoy!

Pre-Carved Turkey

  • Preheat your oven to 350F

  • Place Carved Turkey (still covered with foil) in oven for 30-45 minutes

  • After the 30-45 minutes, check to ensure Turkey is thoroughly warmed throughout

  • Remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Homemade Turkey Gravy

  • Pour Gravy into an appropriately sized saucepan

  • Gently heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally

  • Should take about 10-15 minutes to fully heat sauce. Serve HOT and Enjoy!

Sausage & Sage Brioche Stuffing

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Remove Stuffing from the refrigerator and place in an oven safe container, and cover with foil.

  • Allow to cook at 350F for 45 minutes

  • After the 45 minutes, remove foil and allow to reheat for another 15-20 minutes (this allows the top to slightly brown)

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Baked Sweet Potato Casserole

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place casserole in an oven safe container

  • Place about 1/4 cup of water in pan and cover with foil.

  • Allow to cook at 350F for 30-45 minutes

  • Remove foil and sprinkle with topping. Cook another 8-10 minutes (this allows the top to slightly brown)

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place Brussels Sprouts in an oven safe container

  • Add about 1/4 cup of water and cover with foil

  • Place in oven and allow to reheat for about 30-45 minutes

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Green Bean Mushroom Casserole with Crispy Onions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place Casserole (only green bean casserole - not the crispy onions) in an oven safe container

  • Place in oven and allow to reheat for about 30-45 minutes

  • Carefully remove from the oven, top with crispy onions, and Enjoy!

Whipped Yukon Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place Potatoes in and oven safe container

  • Add about 1/4 cup of water and cover with foil

  • Place in oven and cook for 30-45 minutes until thoroughly warmed

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Garlicky Green Beans

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place Beans in and oven safe container

  • Add about 1/4 cup of water and cover with foil

  • Place in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly warmed

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Glazed Root Vegetables

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place Vegetables in and oven safe container

  • Add about 1/4 cup of water and cover with foil

  • Place in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly warmed

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy!

Homemade Cornbread

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Warm in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, carefully remove from the oven, cut and Enjoy!

  • Honey Butter: Allow butter to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving

Apple Pie Crisp

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place foil pan Apples in oven (still covered). Allow to heat in oven for 20-30 minutes

  • Carefully remove from oven

  • Place Crumble topping over Apples, Serve with Whipped Cream and Enjoy!

8" Homemade Pumpkin Pie

  • If you like your pumpkin pie warm...

  • Allow for pie to come to room temperature for about 1 hour before serving

  • Serve with Whipped Cream.

  • If you would like to warm the entire pie, Place in a preheated 350F oven for 10-15 minutes

  • Carefully remove from the oven and Enjoy with Whipped Cream. Enjoy!
